Make the filling
Mix together the apples, pecans and syrup to create a delicious filling
Pinch Close the Pies
Bring together your dough around the filling pinching, but don't close you want them to be open to enjoy!
Pre-heat the oven and put the pies in to bake. They will open up as they bake.
Serve with Syrup
Add some of your homemade syrup leftover from the filling to the top
