Healthy Meat-Free Soups for Winter
Wrapping up warm you can still get out and about in winter and in fact we do in a family, complete with woollen hats hand knitted by my mum or crocheted by my own hands. But, despite being wrapped up we still come back cold. There is nothing better than walking in and sitting down putting your hands around the bowl off the stove and enjoying a hearty soup. So today I’m sharing my favourite healthy meat-free soups for winter.

It’s taken us a while but my fussy eater discovered soups at school – because you know when it’s taste testing for a science lesson then that’s a whole lot of difference than eating at home so I’m finally able to try and test some and although I skip the cheese on his and my husband’s my daughter and I have loved these ones so here goes our favourite healthy soups perfect for January lunches at home.
