Delicious Leftover Turkey Pasta Bake
If your Christmas Turkey is still going days after Christmas then I can’t recommend enough trying this recipe for your leftover turkey for a family dinner that my sister-in-law did for us one Christmas. I’ve begged her for it and finally made it last year. It’s a delicious baked pasta dish with the leftover turkey and tastes amazing. So here we go a Leftover Turkey Cheesy Pasta Bake Recipe.

Turkey Pasta Bake
When my sister-in-law shared this recipe with us she called it as Turkey Tetrazzini and we were intrigued as it’s not something we’ve ever had in England.
She started to make it up and it soon became apparent that the Tetrazzini was just a cheesy pasta bake very similar to a Tuna Pasta Bake that I had made in school many many years ago.

Unlike that one though this one went down a hit with everyone. We even made just a white sauce version for the cheese haters in the family and they said it was amazing as well.

Leftover Turkey
Once the Christmas Turkey has been carved we can guarantee that there will be leftovers. It’s easy to become bored with cold meat salads which is our normal idea so over the last few years we have been experimenting with the food.

This recipe is easy to put together on Boxing Day or the day after and perfect for using up the shredded turkey that has been saved from Christmas dinner.
The sauce recipe is almost identical to our Turkey Casserole so it’s easy to remember and means that we have a cheesy version as well.
