Delicious Leftover Turkey, Cranberry, and Cream Cheese Sliders

There’s just so much you can do with the leftover turkey from Thanksgiving or Christmas, but by far one of my favourites is the easiest thing in the world to make. Some delicious leftover turkey and cranberry sliders. Although they are the simpliest thing to make I thought it would be worth sharing them with you as they do taste so delicious. So here you go our Christmas Leftover Festive Dinner Rolls.

Festive Leftover Turkey and Cranberry Sliders

Although you can buy your own rolls we love using our homemade dinner rolls. With the breadmachine doing the dough kneading it’s just the shaping and cooking that I need to do and doesn’t take long at all.

Then with homemade rolls, it’s just a case of buttering them, putting together, and baking them so the cheese melts perfectly and the top is golden.

It’s what I consider the perfect lunch between Christmas and New Year and one of my favourites to throw together to share with family as well as can be served on a big platter.

Leftover Turkey, Cranberry and Cheese Rolls

Delicious and easy to throw together rolls to use up the festive leftovers and cream cheese.

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 12-count package sweet and buttery Hawaiian rolls or Homemade Dinner Rolls using the recipe below
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 pound turkey, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and cranberry sauce.
  3. Using a large knife, cut each roll in half.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the top half of the rolls.
  5. Place the sliced turkey on top of the bottom half of the rolls. Carefully place the top half on top of the turkey slices.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Wisk to combine.
  7. Then spread the mixture over the top of the sandwiches.
