Slow Cooker Spicy Beef and Broccoli Recipe for Easy Family Meals
My husband really likes his spicy food and even though I have a fussy eater for some reason spice and flavours have never been his issue for him it’s always been about texture. So this family meal recipe is great. The kids and I enjoyed eating it but Rainy Day Dad loved the kick that the sriracha hot sauce gives it to. So here we go our simple slow cooker Thai-inspired Beef and Broccoli dinner.

Spicy Beef and Broccoli in the Slow Cooker
This is such an easy recipe to make. Prepare in just 15 minutes throw in the slow cooker and serve 3 hours later.

I did it just before heading out for the school run and then we sat down to eat at 6 pm over some boiled rice.

Broccoli is one of the vegetables that we really love. Disaster at growing at the moment but we often have with our Sunday roast and served alongside the stews and casseroles we love.

As I mentioned this does have a bit of a kick. You could switch out the sriracha sauce for a milder alternative like a tabasco or even balsamic vinegar if you want no heat at all.
