  • All purpose flour
  • Baking powder
  • Baking soda

How to Make Halloween Blondies

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper.

2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

9. When the blondies are cool, prepare the icing by beating together the butter and vanilla until smooth.

10. Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and three tablespoons cream. Beat to mix.

11. If the frosting is too thick, add more cream one teaspoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
