  • 1 cup milk
  • 10 eggs
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 loaf Italian bread, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. Spray the bowl of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  3. Place a layer of cubed bread in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Top the bread with one cup of frozen blueberries, half the cream cheese, and half the egg mixture.

  1. So, you can leave this out overnight with eggs in it? Or can you wait till the morning of?

  2. You cook in the slow cooker overnight so the eggs are cooking the time, it’s around 5 hrs but if you go a little over 6 or 7 I’ve found it works well and tastes delicious too.
