Avoid too put pressure as you place the dough into the pan, this will keep the dough lighter and make the baked bread much much softer.

Don’t Rush the Rise
If you’re making the dough from scratch, as with our pull-apart bread, make sure you give it enough time to rise. Channel your inner Paul Hollywood and make sure that your prove your dough fully.
Perfect Your Pan

How to Make Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread
1. Stir together half the flour, along with all the sugar and salt.
2. Make a well in the center and add the yeast.
3. Combine the milk and butter in a microwave safe dish. Heat for 1 minute, until the milk begins to bubble and the butter is melted. Stir to combine.
4. Pour the milk mixture over the top of the yeast and stir to mix.
5. Add the remaining flour and eggs and stir until well mixed.
6. Turn the dough out on a lightly floured surface and knead until softened, around five minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes.
7. While the dough is resting, prepare the filling by combining the brown sugar, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter with a pastry blender until small clumps begin to form.
8. Roll out the dough until it’s a 12×10 inch rectangle.
9. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the top of the dough, then slice the dough down the center and cut it into 18 strips.
10. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
11. Roll up each strip of dough around the filling and layer the rolled up strips in the prepared pan. Continue adding until all the dough has been place in the pan.
12. Cover the pan with a clean towel and allow to rise for one hour at room temperature, until the dough has doubled in size.
13. When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the bread for 25 minutes, until it’s golden brown.
14. While the bread is baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of milk. Add more milk, if needed, to thin the glaze.
15. Spread the icing over the top of the warm bread before serving.
