Chicken Fajita Dip Recipe


A delicious dip recipe for sleepovers that the kids will love. This chicken fajita dip is perfect served with warm tortilla chips and some guacamole.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 package fajita seasoning
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bag frozen pepper and onion blend
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 2 cups cheddar jack cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place diced chicken, fajita seasoning and oil in a plastic bag and allow to marinate for at least an hour.
Saute chicken in a skillet until cooked.
Add peppers and onions and cook until tender.
Place chicken and pepper mixture in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
Top with cream cheese and cheddar jack cheese.
Blend until smooth and combined.
Spread cheese mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
Serve warm with tortilla chips for dipping.
