Ingredients
- 12, large eggs, hard-boiled, halved and yolk removed
- 3 to 4 tablespoons mayonnaise, depending on desired consistency
- 2 tablespoons dill relish
- ½ teaspoon celery salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon yellow mustard
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Mash yokes into crumbles.
- Add 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise and remaining ingredients to the egg yolks.
- Stir together and test for seasoning and consistency. Adjust seasonings and add more mayo if needed.
- Transfer yolk mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large open star tip.
- Press yolk mixture into egg white halves.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
