Easy Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas

When the kids need something really quick for a snack when they get home from school or they have friends over for a movie night this pizza quesadilla make the perfect snack. Quick to make, delicious and ideal to be served with our ready in minutes homemade pizza sauce these snacks are perfect for after school, weekends, or even for movie marathon sleepover snacks. So here you go our easy pepperoni and mozzarella quesadillas pizza recipe.

Easy Pizza Quesadilla Snack Recipe

When something takes less than 15 minutes to make and we have all of the ingredients they become a regular offering in the house. I’ve made these with ham and with cooked chicken breast but by far the favourite is this pepperoni version.

So simple to make, the youngest who eats the most has started to make them herself so that she can have them when she wants.

With our simple pizza sauce to dip in or even some ketchup! They go down really well with all of the kids friends.

Pepperoni Pizza Quesadillas

Delicious and quick, a simple sleepover snack recipe for pizza quesadillas that are perfect served with homemade pizza sauce and ready in just 15 minutes.

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes


  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices of pepperoni
  • Homemade Pizza Sauce for dipping


  1. Heat a large frying pan or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Place one flour tortilla in the warm pan.
  3. Top with ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese.flour tortilla in a pan with shredded mozzarella on top
  4. Place pepperoni slice on top of the cheese as you wish.pepperoni placed on top of the cheese to make a pepperoni and cheese quesadilla
  5. Place a second flour tortilla on top to form your quesadilla.flour tortilla quesadilla in a pan ready to cook
  6. Cook for five minutes, then flip and cook the opposite side for another five minutes.quesadilla cooking in a pan
  7. Continue cooking until all quesadillas are cooked. Slice into eight pieces.pepperoni and mozarella quesadilla cut into 8 slices on a wooden chopping board
  8. Serve with some warmed homemade pizza sauce.
