We do love easy fudge and it’s a great treat for the family. This pink lemonade fudge is easy to make in the microwave and is perfect for making as a simple Valentine’s treat. So here you go our easy microwave pink lemonade fudge!
Microwave Fudge
Fudge is easy to make in the microwave but we have learnt the hard way that you need to keep an eye on it.
The biggest thing is that my microwave is not yours and although they should all have the same power rating that doesn’t necessarily mean they do!
So it’s best to melt the chocolate chips and condensed milk in small steps 20 – 30 seconds at a time so you ensure that they don’t burn.

Easy Microwave Valentines Pink Lemonade Fudge
An easy recipe for microwave fudge ideal for Valentine's Day. The pink lemonade flavour and coloring plus sprinkles make it a great treat or gift.
Ingredients
- 3 Cups white chocolate chips
- 1 - 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Kool-aid packet dry pink lemonade
- 1 container of valentines day sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside
- Using a large glass bowl, put the white chocolate chips with the condensed milk.
- In intervals for 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the kool-aid powder until completely dissolved.
- Pour fudge into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the valentines day sprinkles all over the top of the fudge
- Slightly push sprinkles into the fudge so that they are set into the fudge when you cut it
- Allow the fudge to harden on the counter overnight
- Remove fudge from baking dish and cut into 1-inch squares
