Apple Cinnamon Bread Machine Recipe
Our bread machine isn’t just used for delicious savoury and basic breads we also use it to make some delicious sweet loaves too! This recipe for apple and raisin bread is one of our favourites. With cinnamon and freshly chopped apples as well as raisins it’s ideal for breakfast or as a tea time treat. So here it is our favourite tasty apple and raisin cinnamon loaf in the bread machine.
Apple and Cinnamon Loaf
This is one of our favourite sweet breads to enjoy. We love it freshly baked still warm with some butter on it.

But, don’t worry if you have some left over because it’s just as good a day later toasted and with butter that melts into the bread. Perfect for a mid-morning snack or tea time treat.

We used cinnamon in this recipe as it’s one of our favourites, but you can skip that if you don’t like cinnamon however, we do so I’ve even been known to add a tiny bit extra into the mix.

When to add the raisins and apples!
Most modern bread machines have a beep or other signal to let you know when the extra ingredients need to go in. But, my first machine didn’t but it did come with instructions which included when to add in the extra ingredients at around the 30 – 40 minute mark from the start.

This is when the vigorous kneading has finished and it’s more gentle so softer fruits etc… don’t get bruised by the paddles.
Of course if your machine has a beep or even a compartment where you add the extra ingredient just follow your machine’s instructions.

I’m excited to make this recipe. However it says flour. What kind should I use?
All purpose flour works well for the recipe.
