Bacon Waffle Recipe
The first time my daughter suggested that she wanted to try savoury waffles I suggested both my quesadilla and pizza waffles but she wanted something different for breakfast. Bacon sandwiches are one of her favourites so it seemed logically that this would be a good combination for her.

They are really simple to make and as I have have a tub of cooked chopped bacon in the fridge for adding to recipes it makes it even easier.

How do you make Extra Fluffy Waffles?
The secret to making your waffles extra fluffy is to use only egg whites instead of the whole egg, you will need to the egg whites of 4 eggs for this recipe instead of 2 eggs!
I save the egg yolks and make some homemade mayonnaise with them for later in the day.
