Pumpkin Pie Fudge
So we love making fudge, and although I’ve made easy fudge before even in the crockpot because of the addition of pumpkin to this one you do need to use a candy thermometer to get it right. It’s still easy, but you don’t want to over heat the mixture.
So combining my favourite fudge recipes, with some pumpkin spice and the homemade pumpkin puree (a can of puree will work just as well don’t worry) plus white chocolate and the secret ingredient marshmallow fluff makes this a really smooth and tasty fudge that lovers of pumpkin pie will adore.
