Tips for Making Fall Waffles
Here are our top 3 tips for making the waffles so that they go smoothly.
Grate your apples ahead of time – then sprinkle with a little lemon juice and they will be perfect for a little while.
Don’t use a non-stick spray it can ruin your waffle maker instead use a silicone brush and some sunflower oil it prevents the waffles from sticking and also coats the waffle iron so over time it doesn’t work as well.

Leave your batter for a few minutes before you pour into the waffle iron this will let the baking soda bubble a little and you end up with fluffier waffles
