Simple Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta
Pasta is one of our favourite meals to cook for the family. We love adding different meats and even making vegetarian pasta for our meat free Monday menus. This chicken, bacon ranch pasta is an easy mid-week meal made in just over 30 minutes. We love it with some of our homemade dinner rolls or our garlic and cheese bread.

Mid-Week Family Meal Chicken And Bacon Pasta
This is a delicious recipe made in 2 pots – a saucepan for cooking the pasta (see our guide on how to cook the best pasta) and a skillet or frying pan for everything else.

With bacon cooked first make sure it’s really crispy so that you have a crunch that complements the creamy ranch sauce.

We like using streaky bacon but unsmoked however smoked works just as well and you can also use back bacon in the recipe.

In the pictures we’ve made the recipe with broccoli however it also works well with beans and peas the choice is yours.
