Easy Sugar Cookie Christmas Fudge
Easy fudge is one of my favourite things to make at Christmas time, whether it’s made in the slow cooker, microwave or on the stove it’s so simple and much easier than the stuff I remember my grandmother making.
This easy fudge recipe combines 2 of my favourite things sugar cookies (it’s a box mix shhhh) and white chocolate and although they are sweet they are simply delicious.
Because everyone brings cookies to neighbours the kids and I have started to share fudge instead of the traditional cookies as edible gifts for them and now everyone is asking for the recipes.

As I said the secret to this is that we use a sugar cookie box mix it make it so easy to do and much less time consuming at what really is a busy time of the year.
Just add in the correct amount of the mix – we use Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix (get it here) and it turns out perfectly. I actually buy this in the large bags that I’ve just linked to and put it in a mason jar and then take what I need as I bake.

- Sugar Cookie Box Mix
- Sweetened Condensed Milk

Christmas Sugar Cookie Easy Fudge Recipe
A delicious easy recipe that combines two favorite Christmas treats white chocolate fudge and sugar cookies.
Ingredients
- 4 C white chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 C of Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
- 1 - 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 C Red, Green and white Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly brush with cooking oil to coat.
- Using a large pan, add the chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and condensed milk and stir well until combined.
- Continue stirring until the mixture is melted and smooth.
- Remove from the heat and add in 1 small handful of the Christmas sprinkles and mix until combined.
- Scoop the fudge into the baking dish and top with remaining sprinkles
- Allow hardening overnight before cutting and enjoying.
