One of the most popular fudges I make for the kids is our Oreo Fudge – they love the taste of it so making up a batch and adding the special sprinkles is perfect for extra treats.

The white chocolate and the Oreos are the perfect combination of extra sweet with a little bite from the cookies that the family, friends, and most importantly the kids love.

Although we’ve added our Mickey Sprinkles you could swap these for a sprinkle of your choice.
What is Easy Fudge?
Easy fudge is not the fudge that your grandmother made, there’s no need for a candy thermometer instead it’s made by melting the chocolate and mixing the ingredients together.

We use either the microwave (our Kahlua Fudge uses this method), slow cooker, or a double boiler. The double boiler stops the chocolate from burning and makes it really easy to mix the ingredients together as they melt together.
How to Store your Homemade Fudge
Once your fudge is made if it doesn’t disappear immediately it’s easy to store. Just line an air-tight container with parchment or waxed paper and then place the fudge on top. Seal and store in a cool, dark place.
There is no need to refrigerate the fudge.
