  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup rainbow sprinkles, plus more for topping

Ingredients for the Glaze:

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

  1. Preheat the waffle iron.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites until light and frothy. Add the milk, oil, and vanilla and mix until well combined.
  3. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix until batter is smooth, being careful not to overmix.
  4. Stir in the sprinkles.
  5. Pour around ¾ cup of batter onto the hot waffle iron. Cook each waffle around 5 minutes, until the waffle iron stops steaming.
